Aqui está uma receita perfeita para um jantar especial. Fettuccine com Camarões Flambados é um prato que une a sofisticação da fettuccine ao sabor intenso dos camarões, perfumado com azeite de trufa e toques cítricos.
Ingredientes:
- Fettuccine - 400g
- Camarões - 500g
- Azeite de Trufa - 3 colheres (sopa)
- Limão Siciliano - 1 unidade
- Alho - 2 dentes
- Pimenta-do-reino
- Sal
Método:
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, clean the shrimp thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large skillet, heat 1/2 cup of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cleaned shrimp and sauté until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside on a plate to keep warm.
- To the same skillet, add one more tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute or two until fragrant.
- Pour in half a bottle of white wine (or any other kind you like) and let it simmer until reduced by about three-quarters.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss gently so that they are covered in the wine reduction. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything, then season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine back into the skillet, tossing it with the hot shrimp sauce until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle with additional azeite de trufa if desired.
- Transfer to serving plates and garnish with extra lemon wedges for squeezing over before eating.
