  • Leite condensado
  • Ameixas secas
  • Sovada
  • Manteiga
  • Zest de limão (opcional)

To make this pudim, you will need the following ingredients:

  2. In a saucepan, bring the leite condensado and sovada to a boil. Stir continuously until it thickens slightly.
  3. Cut the ameixas secas into small pieces and mix them with the leite condensado mixture.
  4. Grease an oven dish with manteiga. Pour in the pudim mixture and add zest of lime for extra flavor (optional).
